We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times and transit conditions are outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, natural disasters, customs processing, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping charges before being reshipped.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, customers should first contact the carrier and check with household members, neighbors, or property management. We will do our best to assist with carrier claims when applicable, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages marked as delivered.

Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States.

Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $75 are charged a flat shipping rate of $7.99.

Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing and shipment. During new releases, promotions, and holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Each order is thoughtfully packaged with care and may include boutique extras such as branded packaging, thank-you materials, or promotional items while supplies last.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Iris & Co. Boutique is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
